Never infer the network
The order must state the exact supported network. Sending USDT on a different network can make recovery impossible or require manual work that is not guaranteed.
Verify the destination
Use only the address displayed inside a valid order. Do not reuse an address copied from a message, screenshot, support reply or previous order unless the active product explicitly confirms it.
Amount, fees and confirmations
The order must explain whether the expected amount excludes network fees, how underpayment and overpayment are handled, and how many confirmations are required before crediting.
Irreversibility
Blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled. The platform must not promise recovery from an unsupported network, wrong address or third-party wallet restriction.
Compliance review
A transaction may require risk or source review before account credit becomes usable. The final process must define evidence, timing and appeal channels.
